Refund Policy
At EMnA Engineering, we are committed to delivering high-quality technical equipment and professional services to our customers. Due to the specialized nature of our products, the following return and refund policy applies:
1. General Policy
All sales are considered final, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the order confirmation.
2. Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
A return request is submitted within 7 calendar days from delivery
The return has been approved in advance by EMnA Engineering
Custom-configured, special-order, or customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
In case of defective or damaged goods:
The customer must notify EMnA Engineering within 48 hours of delivery
Supporting evidence (photos/videos) must be provided
EMnA Engineering reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue a partial/full refund, depending on the case
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed
Any applicable bank charges or transaction fees may be deducted
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error by EMnA Engineering
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe return shipment
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable:
Opened or used equipment
Software, licenses, or digital products
Training services, consulting, or on-site support
Demo units sold under special conditions
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been:
Processed
Shipped
Or specifically ordered from the manufacturer
Cancellation requests before processing may be subject to administrative fees.
